The Wolverine Stack
Wolverine Protocol is a connective tissue support blend designed for tendons, ligaments, and other high-stress structural tissue. It combines TB500 and BPC-157 in a single cartridge to support recovery, tissue strengthening, and improved resilience when returning to normal movement, training, or heavier loading.
Supplied as a 10mg pre-reconstituted cartridge in 2mL, Wolverine Protocol is made for use with The Clinic pen system.
How It Works
Wolverine Protocol combines two peptides commonly used together where the goal is stronger recovery and better tissue support.
TB500 is generally used to support tissue remodelling, recovery signalling, and the wider healing environment across muscle and connective tissue.
BPC-157 is more often used where the goal is targeted support for tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue under strain.
Together, they are typically used where the goal is:
- helping tissue recover more effectively
- supporting tendon and ligament strength
- improving resilience as loading increases
- supporting rebuilding after injury or strain
This product makes the most sense once the early injury phase has settled and the goal has shifted from calming things down to helping the area get stronger again.
Composition
Each cartridge contains:
- TB500 — 5mg
- BPC-157 — 5mg
Total active content: 10mg
Total volume: 2mL
Pen system: 200 clicks
When It May Be Most Useful
Wolverine Protocol is generally best suited to later-stage recovery and rebuilding phases.
It may be most useful when:
- the worst of the inflammation has settled
- the tissue has started to heal
- you are beginning to use it more normally again
- you want to improve strength and resilience, not just calm symptoms
It is commonly positioned for:
- tendon and ligament support
- connective tissue rebuilding
- return-to-training phases
- structural support during recovery

Notes
Best used once the area is no longer in the fresh injury stage.
More suited to rebuilding and strengthening than early inflammation control.
Rotate injection sites during use.
Use subcutaneously.
Cycle length
Standard block: Use for 4–6 weeks, then pause for 2 weeks.
Extended block: Use for 6–8 weeks, then pause for 4 weeks.
This product is generally better suited to defined rebuilding phases rather than continuous long-term use.
Expected Outcomes
Wolverine Protocol is typically used where the goal is improved tissue support, better structural resilience, and stronger tolerance to load as recovery progresses.
- improved tissue responsiveness
- better tendon and ligament support
- improved resilience under load
- greater confidence returning to movement or training
- better support during rebuilding phases
- improved durability as training intensity increases
Position Within The Clinic System
Wolverine Protocol is generally positioned as a later-stage structural support product.
